In March, we'll bring you local favorite Phil Margolin and his daughter Ami Margolin Rome, who will share their collaboration on a young adult mystery. We'll finish the 2011-2012 season in May with a panel discussion on the current renaissance in mystery short stories. Our critically-acclaimed and award winning panelists are Bill Cameron, Evan "Dave" Lewis, Kristine Rusch, and Dean Wesley Smith.

Friends of Mystery Says Goodbye to a Friend

On July 27, Friends of Mystery lost one of its founders and cherished members, Stanley Lewis Johnson. Stan not only helped found FOM, but over the years provided leadership, inspiration, passion for literature, and friendship. He was a frequent contributor to The Blood-Letter, and an active, energetic participant in Bloody Thursdays and in the life of Friends of Mystery. He will be greatly missed.
